The board of directors of Esor ("the Board") hereby notifies
shareholders that Bernard Krone has resigned as a non-
executive director and Chairman of the company with effect
from 6 November 2018.
The Board takes this opportunity to express their appreciation
to Bernard for his contribution over the last 37 years and
extends its best wishes for his future endeavours. Bernie has
been part of the Group from practically the inception and lead
as CEO for 10 years, up to October 2014.
