LIFTING OF VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION
Shareholders are referred to the group’s Audited Results for the
year to June 2018 released on SENS on Monday, 5 November 2018, which
advised that the group has approached the JSE for the lifting of
the voluntary suspension of the group’s securities.
Shareholders are further referred to the announcement released on
SENS on Thursday, 8 November 2018 detailing the reportable
irregularities (which are no longer occurring), the Emphasis of
matter paragraph included in the Independent Auditor’s Report and
the fact that the full Annual Financial Statements are available on
the Company’s website.
Subsequent to the above announcements, the suspension of the trading
in Jasco’s securities will be lifted after 14h00.
