FINANCIAL INFORMATION
Shareholders are referred to ‘Paragraph 3 – Financial Information’ of the announcement released on SENS
on 5 November 2018 (and using the terms defined therein unless otherwise stated) regarding the acquisition
of the business of Conor Solutions.
Shareholders are advised that the profit for the year-ended 31 March 2018 of R17.7 million disclosed in the
announcement is the combined profit after tax figure of Conor Solutions and Conor International. The financial
information disclosed in the announcement relates to audited information and the annual financial statements
for the year ended 31 March 2018 were prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting
Standards for Small and Medium-sized Entities and the Companies Act, 2008 (Act 71 of 2008), as amended.
