NOTICE OF A DISPOSAL OF A BENEFICIAL INTEREST
IN TRUWORTHS SECURITIES
Truworths advises shareholders in terms of Section 122(3)(b) of the Companies
Act, 2008 (Act 71 of 2008), as amended ("Companies Act") and paragraph
3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, that the company has received a
notification that Aberdeen Asset Managers Limited, acting on behalf of its clients
("Aberdeen"), has disposed of a beneficial interest in the company’s securities
("the disposal").
Following the disposal, Aberdeen holds 9.53% of the issued ordinary shares of
the company.
As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, Truworths has
filed the required notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
