In accordance with paragraph 3.83(b) of the Listing Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are
advised as follows:
In terms of section 122 of the Companies Act 71 of 2008, Ethos Capital has received formal notification that
Public Investment Corporation Soc Ltd has disposed of a beneficial interest in the A Ordinary Shares of the
Company, such that its total interest in Ethos Capital has decreased to 3.916% of the Company’s total
issued A Ordinary Shares.
The Company has filed the required notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
