NOTICE OF ACQUISITION OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES
In accordance with section 122(3) (b) of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008, as amended,
and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, ELB shareholders are
advised that ELB has received notification from Investec Asset Management Holdings
Proprietary Limited ("Investec") that Investec (on behalf of its clients) has increased its
beneficial interest in ELB such that Investec (on behalf of its clients) now holds 5% of the
issued ordinary share capital of ELB.
