APPOINTMENT OF GROUP FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
Further to the announcement released on SENS on 7 November 2018 regarding the resignation of Mr Michael
Buckham as Group Financial Director, Sygnia is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Murad Sirkot as
the new Group Financial Director of the Company with effect from 16 January 2019.
Mr Sirkot joins Sygnia from Investec Asset Management where he spent 12 years and was the Global Head
of Financial Reporting, Accounting, Revenue and Accounts, leading finance teams in Cape Town, London and
Hong Kong. The Board welcomes Mr Sirkot and wishes him well in his new position.
