DETAILS OF A SHAREHOLDER CALL
A conference call for shareholders will take place on Tuesday, 20 November 2018 from 10h00 to
11h00 (Central African time) to engage shareholders in respect of the implementation report which
received less than a 75% vote at the 2018 Annual General Meeting. Shareholders who wish to
participate must send an email to ephy.motlhamme@telkom.co.za to register by 12h00 on Monday,
19 November 2018.
Dial-in facility
A dial-in facility will be available. Registered participants will receive their dial-in number upon
registration.
