CHANGES TO THE BOARD – RESIGNATION OF INDEPENDENT NON-
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
The board of directors of Esor ("the Board") hereby notifies
shareholders that Haroon Takolia has resigned as an independent
non-executive director and as Chairman of the Audit and Risk committee
of the company with effect from 14 November 2018.
Haroon was appointed to the Board on 16 November 2017.
The Board takes this opportunity to express their appreciation to Haroon
