CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that Elliot Salkow has retired as executive chairman of the board of directors
of Ellies ("Board") with effect from 15 November 2018. Fikile Mkhize, the current lead independent director, has
been appointed as the interim chairman of the board in Mr Salkow's stead.
Ian Russell and Reshoketswe Ralebepa, who are both independent non-executive directors of Ellies have, with
immediate effect been as interim lead independent director and interim chairman of the
audit and risk committee respectively.
The Board will work closely with Mr. Salkow to ensure a smooth transition.
An amended notice of annual general meeting will be posted in due course.
