APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board
of directors of the Company ("the Board") wishes to advise that Francois Olivier has been
appointed as a non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect.
Francois Oliveir is a portfolio manager at Mazi Capital. He has 18 years of investment
research and portfolio management experience, six years of which were spent in the USA.
He is a Chartered Accountant and CFA Charter holder.
The Board welcomes Francois and looks forward to his contribution to the Company.
