RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 (b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are
advised of the resignation of a non-executive director, as set out below.
Monwabisi Fandeso has resigned as non-executive director of the Board of Absa Group,
with immediate effect.
The Board thanks Monwabisi for his contribution to the Group and wishes him well in his
future endeavours.
