NOTICE TO PROSPECTIVE BONDHOLDERS REGARDING SA TAXI TRANSACTION
Prospective bondholders are referred to the announcement released on the JSE Limited’s Stock
Exchange New Service on 19 November 2018 by Transaction Capital Limited ("the Guarantor"),
relating to the subscription by the South African National Taxi Council (SANTACO) of a 25% stake in SA
Taxi Finance Holdings Proprietary Limited (a major subsidiary of the Guarantor) to the value of
ZAR1.701 billion.
