EXTENSION OF DATES OF SPECIAL CASH DIVIDEND DECLARATION
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 12 November 2018, wherein
shareholders where advised, inter alia, of the declaration by the Company of a special dividend of 35 cents
per Torre ordinary share ("Torre Share") which was declared out of cash and cash equivalent reserves of
the Company.
The directors of Torre inform shareholders that, due to a delay in obtaining the approval from the South
African Reserve Bank for foreign shareholders, the Company will be extending the dates for the special
dividend declaration.
Revised dates will be announced as soon as the relevant exchange control approvals have been obtained.
