CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, shareholders are advised that Dr Penny Moumakwa has been
appointed as a non-executive director of the Company, with effect from
1 January 2019.
Penny is a qualified medical doctor and has extensive experience at
executive level building dynamically entrepreneurial organisations,
in the private and public sectors. She brings solid experience and
leadership in driving business, creating strategic people-centered
solutions, developing market relevant products and bringing wisdom
and intellectual leadership to boards. The board welcomes Penny to
the Company and looks forward to her contribution.
