RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
Shareholders are referred to the announcement published on 12 October 2018
regarding the joint CEO role of Professor Antonie van Rensburg ("Antonie") and
Mr Jacques Hattingh ("Jacques") until such time as the Board completes its task of
identifying a suitable successor to drive the Group’s other expansion and international
strategies.
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the Johannesburg
Stock Exchange ("JSE"), shareholders are advised that Antonie has resigned from the
Board with immediate effect allowing him to solely focus on Industry 4.0 solutions
where the demand has been far greater than anticipated. Antonie will continue to
lead the digital transformation strategy as Group Chief Digital Officer and be more
customer facing.
The Financial Director, Jacques, will continue in the role of Acting CEO until a further
announcement is made.
