Shareholders are advised that the Chairman of the board, Mr Gavin Routledge
will be appointed as an interim member of the Group Audit Committee while
in pursuit of a suitable candidate to fulfil this position when the vacancy
arises on 1 December 2018.
Whilst King IV prescribes that the Chairman of the board should not be a
member of the audit committee, Mr Routledge is suitably skilled,
independent, portrays the necessary experience and has the time to avail
himself of the opportunity to share his knowledge and understanding, to
fulfil this role effectively in the interim period.
