CHANGE IN CLASSIFICATION OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and in
keeping with sound corporate governance practices, the board of directors of the Company
("the Board") wishes to advise that due to changes in his personal circumstances, Mr B
Seruwe is no longer classified as an independent director.
The Board has resolved to appoint Ms Thuto Masasa, an independent director as lead
independent director will immediate effect. Mr Seruwe will remain as the chairman of the
Board.
