RESIGNATION OF BLUE LABEL INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In terms of rule 3.59 of the JSE Listing Requirements, shareholders are advised that Ms Phuti Mahanyele-Dabengwa
has resigned as a non-executive director of the company as well as a member of the Audit, Risk and Compliance
Committee and member of the Investment Committee. The resignation will take effect from 23 November 2018.
Ms Mahanyele -Dabengwa has decided to resign to enable her to concentrate on other business interests and to
pursue other opportunities. Ms Mahanyele Dabengwa has made an outstanding contribution to Blue Label and it is
with sadness that the Board accepts her resignation and wishes her well in her future endeavours.
