NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND NO CHANGE STATEMENT
No change statement
Shareholders are advised that the Company’s integrated annual report, incorporating the audited annual financial
statements for the year ended 31 August 2018, distributed to shareholders on 23 November 2018, contains no
modifications to the audited results which were published on SENS on 29 October 2018. The integrated annual report
is available on the Company’s website (www.enxgroup.co.za).
Notice of annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of enX’s shareholders will be held on Tuesday, 13 February
2019, at 202D 11 Crescent Drive, Melrose Arch, Melrose at 8:30 to transact the business as stated in the annual general
meeting notice, contained in the integrated annual report.
Salient dates in respect of the annual general meeting:
Record date to determine which shareholders are entitled to receive the notice of
annual general meeting Friday, 16 November 2018
Last day to trade in order to be eligible to attend and vote at the annual general
meeting Tuesday, 29 January 2019
Record date to determine which shareholders are entitled to attend and vote at the
annual general meeting Friday, 1 February 2019
B-BBEE annual compliance report
Shareholders are advised that the Company’s B-BBEE annual compliance report for the year ended
31 August 2018 ("the report"), which expires in November 2018,in terms of section 13G(2) of the Broad-Based Black
Economic Empowerment Act 53 of 2003 read with the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Amendment Act
46 of 2013, is currently being verified and a further announcement in respect of the publication of the report will be
released in due course.
