Amendments to the JSE Listings Requirements: Venture Capital Companies
The JSE is proposing amendments to the JSE Listings Requirements (the "Requirements") relating
to the listing of venture capital companies pursuant to Section 12J of the Income Tax Act No. 58 of
1962.
The amendments along with an explanatory memorandum will be available on the JSE’s website
(Route: Companies & Issuer Regulation/Issuer Regulation – Announcements regarding Listings
Requirements).
The amendments have been marked-up for review and should be read together with the explanatory
memorandum.
We invite comments on the amendments to the Requirements by close of business, Tuesday 15
January 2019, and comments can be sent directly to alwynf@jse.co.za.
