CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are
advised that Mr James Gurney has resigned as an alternate director of Trans Hex, with effect from
26 November 2018.
The board of directors of Trans Hex would like to thank Mr Gurney for his valuable service and
contribution to the Company.
