Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement dated 23 August 2018, the subsequent renewal
of cautionary announcements, the last of which was dated 25 October 2018, and the "Repurchase of BEE
Shares, Posting of Circular And Notice of General Meeting" announcement dated 27 November 2018
("Repurchase Announcement"), and are hereby advised that further to disclosure of the details contained
in the Repurchase Announcement, caution is no longer required to be exercised by shareholders when
dealing in the Company’s securities.
