UPDATE ON PAYMENT OF SPECIAL DIVIDEND
Shareholders are referred to the Company’s summarised audited group results for the year ended 30
September 2018 ("Results Announcement") released on SENS on 19 November 2018.
The Results Announcement referred to a declaration of a special dividend subject to Exchange Control
approval. Netcare is now in a position to confirm that Exchange Control approval has been obtained and
the payment of the special dividend will proceed as set out in the Results Announcement.
