CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, DAWN shareholders are
advised of the following changes:
The Company has appointed Ms Nthabeleng Likotsi as an independent non-executive director of DAWN
effective today, 27 November 2018. Nthabeleng serves as a non-executive director at certain of the
group’s subsidiaries and has a masters qualification in entrepreneurship. The board of directors
welcomes Nthabeleng to the board of DAWN and looks forward to her contribution.
Mr Hanré Bester, the DAWN Financial Director has resigned with effect from 31 January 2019, but will
stay on as a non-executive director until 28 February 2019. The board of directors thanks Hanré for his
valuable contribution during his tenure as executive director as well as eight years of service to the
group and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
