APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The board of directors of the company wishes to advise shareholders that Mr. David
Tiltmann, the managing director of Algoa FM, has been appointed as chief executive officer
of the company with effect from 1 December 2018.
Dave Tiltmann joined the station in 1989 and has been at the helm of Algoa FM; currently
Commercial Radio Station of the Year, since 1999. He is a Liberty Radio Awards Hall of
Fame inductee, who in January 2019, will celebrate 30 years in Commercial radio.
