In accordance with Section 122(3)(b) of the Act and Section 3.83(b) of the JSE
Listings Requirements, Adrenna hereby confirms that the Company has
received a notice in terms of Section 122(1) of the Act.
Guscora Investments Proprietary Limited ("Guscora") has informed Adrenna
that it has acquired a beneficial interest in the ordinary shares of the Company,
such that the total beneficial interest in the shares of the Company held by
Guscora equates to 5.70% of the total issued shares of the Company.
As required in terms of Section 122(3)(a) of the Act, Adrenna will file the
required notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
