RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcements issued on 24 July 2018, 5 September
2018 and 17 October 2018.
Labat advises that the acquisitions of Senna Motors Proprietary Limited (T/A Elf Trans) and
Centenary Tankers are still subject to significant conditions precedent which are still being
finalised. The successful conclusion of the Acquisitions, may have a material effect on the price
of the Company’s securities.
Accordingly, shareholders are reminded to exercise caution when dealing in the securities of the
Company until further announcements are made.
