Shareholders are referred to the announcement, dated 10 October 2018, in which they were advised that Mrs
Chipo Mtasa and Mr Simon Nyarota had been appointed as non-executive directors of the Company, subject
to the due compliance with Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT)
legislation of Mauritius and registration of their appointments with the Registrar of Companies in Mauritius
("Conditions"). The Company is pleased to advise that the Conditions have been met and that the
appointment of these non-executive directors is now unconditional and effective 19 November 2018.
