CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS ? APPOINTMENT OF FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the Board hereby notifies its
shareholders of the appointment of Ms Megan Pydigadu as the Financial Director of the Group with effect
from 15 January 2019.
Megan is a Chartered Accountant who completed her articles with Deloitte in Johannesburg and Boston.
Subsequent thereto, Megan held the positions of Senior Financial Manager at De Beers for four years,
Group Financial Controller at Bateman Engineering BV for almost five years and Chief Financial Officer of
Mix Telematics Limited, a JSE- and NYSE-listed company, for over six years.
The Board welcomes Megan and is pleased to add her relevant and important experience to the EOH team,
and believes that she will be instrumental in taking EOH forward into the next growth chapter.
