Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement
published on the Stock Exchange News Service on 18 June 2018,
and to the renewals published on 27 July 2018, 10 September
2018 and 19 October 2018, and are advised that the formal
disposal process relating to Amalgamated Electronic
Corporation Limited ("Amecor") is still underway which, if
successfully concluded, may have a material effect on the
price of the securities of Stellar Capital.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise
caution when dealing in the company's shares until a further
announcement is made.
