FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement
released on the Stock Exchange News Service on 19 October
2018, advising of the Company’s negotiations with a third
party regarding its potential acquisition of the entire
issued share capital of Clover.
Shareholders are advised that the Company is still in these
negotiations which, if successfully concluded, may have a
material effect on the price of the Company's securities. In
addition, the Company is now the subject matter of further
interest from other third parties.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise
caution when dealing in the Company's securities until a
further announcement is made.
