POSTING OF INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT INCLUDING NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL
MEETING
The integrated annual report, containing the audited financial statements for the Company
for the year ended 31 August 2018, has been dispatched to shareholders today, 30
November 2018. The audited summary consolidated results for the year ended 31 August
2018 have also been released on SENS today. Shareholders are further advised that the
Integrated Annual Report will also be made available on the Company’s website:
www.purplegroup.co.za
The annual financial statements were audited by the Company’s auditors, BDO South Africa
Incorporated and their unmodified report is available for inspection at the Company’s
registered office.
Notice of the annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting ("AGM") of ordinary shareholders of
the Company will be held at 16th Floor, 25 Owl Street, Braamfontein Werf on Monday,
7 January 2019 at 10:00, to transact the business as stated in the annual general meeting
notice forming part of the integrated annual report.
