LATE RELEASE OF YEAR-END RESULTS
Shareholders are advised that the release of the company's results for the year ended 31 August 2018 will be
delayed due to the fact that eXtract is still awaiting audited financial information from PT MCC Extraction
Solutions Proprietary Limited ("PT MCC"), a former Indonesian subsidiary of eXtract. As the disposal of
PT MCC by eXtract was implemented on 29 August 2018 PT MCC's financial statements are required to be
consolidated in the company's financial statements for the year ended 31 August 2018 but eXtract no longer
has any control over PT MCC's audit process.
It is anticipated that the company's results for the year ended 31 August 2018 will be released by
10 December 2018.
