In accordance with the terms and conditions of FRB’s ZAR 30 000 000 000 note programme dated 29
November 2011, bondholders are herewith advised of the full capital reduction of the FRC107 notes. FRB
wishes to further advise bondholders that the interest payment as announced on SENS on 28 November
2018 will not be paid on 3 December 2018 as the accrued interest has been included in the settlement
amount of the repurchase settling on 4 December 2018, the details of which are provided below.
