CLARIFICATION ON THE POSITION OF ELLIOT SALKOW
Shareholders are referred to the announcement by the company on 16 November 2018, which announced the
retirement of Elliot Salkow as the executive chairman of the board of directors of the company. The board
wishes to clarify that Mr. Salkow remains a non-executive director on the board of the company but ceased
to be an employee with effect from 15 November 2018.
Shareholders are advised that Mr. Salkow disputes the board's contentions, and a further update will be
announced as and when more information becomes available.
