RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that Professor
Shirley Zinn has resigned as lead independent non-executive director of the Company with effect from 31
December 2018, due to her commitments as a director of other boards. The Sygnia board expresses its
sincere thanks to Professor Zinn for her services.
Shareholders are advised further that non-executive director Mr Kenneth Hopkins takes over as the lead
independent non-executive director of the Company with effect from 1 January 2019.
