Continuing Obligations for REITS
Pursuant to paragraph 13.50(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements (the "Requirements"), the JSE
hereby advises the market that the Issuer has failed to submit the required compliance declaration to
the JSE within four months of the Issuer’s financial year end pursuant to paragraph 13.49(d) of the
Requirements. The compliance declaration confirms adherence to various continuing obligations to
the JSE, including but not limited to, that the Issuer has complied with the distribution provision set out
in paragraph 13.47 of the Requirements.
The JSE hereby cautions holders of the securities that the Issuer’s REIT status is under threat of
removal.
