In accordance with the provisions of paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements and Section 122(3) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008, as amended ("the Act"),
shareholders are advised of the following:
WHL received formal notification on 29 November 2018 that Coronation Asset Management
(Pty) Limited on behalf its clients had acquired an interest in securities in the Company such
that it now holds 5.06% of the total issued ordinary shares.
As required in terms of Section 122(3)(a) of the Act, the Company has filed the required
notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
