CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, York shareholders are
advised that Mr Gavin Tipper has resigned as an independent non-executive director of York, with
immediate effect.
The board of directors of York would like to thank Mr Tipper for his service to the Company during his
tenure.
