CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are advised that the Company has entered into negotiations for the
acquisition from ASO Capital Proprietary Limited of its 100% wholly owned subsidiary,
Optibaby & Kids ("Optibaby"), the intellectual property developed to manage
Optibaby and the five properties owned by BVI 1528 Proprietary Limited and
occupied by Optibaby. In terms of the negotiations, it is intended that the
consideration will be settled in shares; that ASO Capital will inject cash for shares and
will play an active role in the management of PLG.
Shareholders are therefore advised to exercise caution when dealing in the
Company’s securities until a further announcement is made.
