WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcement dated 19 June 2018, and the subsequent renewal of
cautionary announcements, the last of which was dated 25 October 2018, shareholders are advised
that following negotiations in respect of a possible acquisition reaching an advanced stage,
discussions with the counterparty are currently on hold, prior to any binding agreements having been
entered into. The Company is unable to determine with any certainty whether negotiations will
recommence and if so, the timing implications thereof.
Accordingly, the board of directors of Bauba has taken the decision to withdraw the cautionary and
shareholders are advised that caution is no longer required to be exercised when dealing in the
Company’s securities. Shareholders will be advised should negotiations resume or binding
agreements be entered into.
