CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS – RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited and following the
announcement dated 6 December 2018, which refers to the disposal by Thebe Investment Corporation
Proprietary Limited of its entire beneficial interest in the securities of the Company, the board of directors of
EFG ("the Board") hereby advises its shareholders that Mr Stephen Rushton has resigned as a non-executive
director with immediate effect.
The Board thanks Mr Rushton for his contribution to the Company and wishes him well in his future
endeavours.
