CHANGE TO THE BOARD
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listing Requirements of the JSE, shareholders are notified
of the following change to the board.
Mr Raymond Selwyn Schur has tendered his resignation as an independent non-executive director of
the Company with immediate effect, as well as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee and
Chairman of the Social and Ethics Committee.
The board takes this opportunity to thank Mr Schur sincerely for his valuable contributions to the
Company during his term in office.
