RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

of directors of the Company ("the Board") wishes to advise that Ms N Gosa, will resign as an
independent non-executive director of the Company with effect from 31 December 2018.
The Board would like to thank Ms Gosa for her valuable contribution to the Company and
wishes her well in her future endeavours.
