of the JSE Limited`s Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that the
Company has received formal notification in the prescribed form of the following movement in
securities of the Company:
Funds advised by Value Capital Partners Proprietary Limited ("VCP"), who are the advisors to
Peregrine Fund Platform Proprietary Limited, the registered fund investment manager for
various funds advised by VCP, have acquired securities in the Company. Funds advised by
VCP now hold 16.62% of the issued ordinary shares of the Company.
