CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that Mr MR
Ramaite has resigned as an alternate non-executive director of Adcorp with effect from 2 January
2019 due to his many commitments outside of Adcorp.
The board of directors extends their appreciation to Mr Ramaite for his contribution to Adcorp
and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
