RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Group Five today announced the resignation of independent non-executive director and
remuneration committee chairperson, Nazeem Martin, with his last day in the role on 31
December 2018. After a year on the board, Nazeem needs to stand down from the Board for
personal reasons.
The Board thanks Nazeem for his valuable contribution and wishes him well.
