In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 ("the Act") and
section 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that
Adcorp has received formal notification in the prescribed form that Value Capital Partners
(Pty) Ltd ("VCP"), who are the advisors to Peregrine Fund Platform (Pty) Ltd, the registered
fund investment manager for various funds advised by VCP, has acquired an additional
interest in the securities of the Company, such that the total interest in the securities of the
Company held by funds advised by VCP has increased to 23.06% of the total issued share
capital of the Company.
As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Act, the Company has filed the required notice
with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
