APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board
of directors of the Company ("the Board") wishes to advise that Zanele Radebe and
Vuyo Ngonyama have been appointed as independent non-executive directors of the
Company with effect from 19 December 2018.
Zanele is an admitted attorney and conveyancer, specializing in commercial law. She is the
Executive Head of Department: Public Sector at Vodacom and also served as legal advisor
to ABSA and Standard Bank in the past.
Vuyo has an MBA, specializing in amongst others, strategic and corporate planning. Vuyo
currently serves as Director: Property Management at the National Department of Public
Works and previously served as compliance officer at Metropolitan Health Group.
The Board welcomes Zanele and Vuyo and looks forward to their contribution to the
Company.
